Can neck exercises prevent concussions?
A lot of concussion research has tried to identify why some people are more susceptible to concussion than others and neck strength has been increasingly mentioned as a possible factor. This World News article talks about a recent study that was conducted at Westminster College in Salt Lake City that found a specific regimen of neck exercises played a role in decreasing rates of concussion amongst their athletes.
