About
Education:
- Undergraduate: Northern Michigan University
- Medical School: University of Utah
- Residency: Sinai Hospital
I grew up and went to school in the midwest, including 4 years at Northern Michigan University in Marquette and medical school at the University of Utah. I did my residency training at Sinai Hospital in Detroit.
After a short time in the Detroit area, I moved to Salt Lake and I was part of the faculty at the University of Utah for 17 years. In 2005 I went into private practice in Oregon and then moved back to Salt Lake in 2006 to open a private practice, only seeing patients for EMG consultation. I also work doing medical reviews (preauthorizations, pharmacy reviews, etc.) I am a lifelong Packer fan.
I love to cook, bake, and plan fine dining events for family and friends, including the yearly Fajitas Party in the summer and the Christmas Cookie Party in December. I have a particular interest in using fine dark chocolate and artisanal honeys.
I also enjoy counted cross stitch and tending to hundreds of drought-resistant perennials in my grass free yards.
